We make this using Gressingham duck breasts that are dry cured, as an awesome alternative to pork bacon.
It has an intense duck flavour because our dry curing process reduces the moisture content. This is raised to another level by the salty bacon awesomeness.
Our BAM duck bacon can be cooked just like our other bacon, in a pan with a little oil or oven baked. Perfection.
Each packet contains 200g of our awesome bacon.
