Amazing streaky bacon dry cured with our chilli cure then hot smoked and air dried.
It’s has a warmth and great depth of flavour, but we haven’t gone overboard with the heat (it is still breakfast safe). The flavour is reminiscent of chorizo, which works well with soft scrambled eggs at breakfast and is a superb pick me up for shop-bought pizza!
The belly is hot-smoked for up to 5 hours using our special blend of locally sourced hickory and cherry wood to infuse a subtle yet gorgeous smokiness to the bacon.
Each packet contains 200g of our awesome bacon, which is usually between 7 and 10 rashers.
